Givens Hotsprings

Last weekend we went to Givens Hot Springs. We camped outside and the new scouts worked toward their Tenderfoot badge. We survived a hail/lightning storms and went swimming in the hot springs pool, (which was like swimming in a giant hot tub). Everyone had a great time and can’t wait to go to another campout!

Blue and Gold

Troop 123 was happy to welcome 6 new members at the Blue and Gold Banquet. After receiving their Arrow of Light, they crossed over into Troop 123. We are excited to have these new boys join our troop.

Yurts

In January, our troop went up to Donnelly and camped in yurts, the yurts were very warm, and outside it got really cold, around 3 degrees. At night the scouts went out for a snow ball fight. Some scouts watched the stars and saw satellites, shooting stars, and even a space station. In the morning everyone was up and running, packing up and getting ready to leave. Everyone had fun and a great time!
